Interesting article in todays paper about that.. guess a lot of these "creative mortages" are back firing.. a lot of the foreclosures in Barnstable county are on less than one year old mortages...
Also, 2 more ins. companies pulling homeowners ins. off the cape....
figure the rate should probably triple again after all the claims from yesterdays blow are in.. Ironic... 2 huge trees, one pole, transformer, wires and such, fall on top of one of the insurance agencies in town....
