If you're in the high speed lane, matching the speed of the vehicles to your right, effectively creating a roadblock, there's going to be trouble.
Slower traffic to the right. It's always been that way as far as I know.
I'm going to ASSUME we all have somewhere we'd rather be then driving, observing basic traffic laws generally would get us there quicker.

That's fine, but I don't want to drive 50 mph in one lane nor do I want to drive 80 mph in the other. That seems to be your only choices lately.
