That has actually been posted here before and there was a story on the news about it. The homeowner who designed and built the display is an engineer. The little white rectangle in the lower right hand corner near the bottom of the big tree is actually an illuminated sign instructing spectators to tune their car radios to a certain AM station to hear the soundtrack. That particular song is one of several.
