John we are talking Cuttyhunk here you could light a signal fire and no one would come to see whats up I do not think we will see to many other shore fishers unless CT> sufcasters are out there this weekend. I have copies of that chart with the roads all marked and most of the good rocks I use to fish. I would start were Chester said and work my way from there to the west end as the tide will be at 12:00 and thats were you want to be at high. The walking is not all that bad yes it is all rocks from the Cuttyhunk club house to the west end but you will be fishing not jogging. One thing I have forgoten to tell all is to bring tick spray they are not on the beach but if you should go up to the road at any point you could pick some up. Does anyone want to go to the Club house on Sat. before we start to fish?? Just a thought it is kind of nice to see the way it was done back then. The ferry dropes you off at the beach area but you can walk to the other end of the island at a slow pace in just and hour or so. I will give out the charts to all that come but will try to post it here tonight if I can get it to work. I know Chester had talked about ferrying some across he runs a ferry service also and could be another way over its called Nor-East charters let me know and I will get the number for you.
