i take enough vitamins instead:
like
ZINC and horney goat weed
niacinamide ,Norwegian kelp,Chlorella
Spirulina,Ginko Biloba, korean Ginseng
and Jungle MD multi , Vitamin

and brewers yeast
to name a few. B-O-I-N-G !
