john, sorry havn't really been on a lot lately. just another option for you.. if all you have is one bad hole you may get off cheap by fixing that one cylinder, new piston, rings.ect. specially if you are planning on dumping the sled in a year or so, pop in a set of new bearings, maybe an oil pump and she'll be good to go. be a lot less downtime, and a heck of alot cheaper than buying that long block. i'll do a little checking around for you and see what i can come up with for a price on a good 5.0 in case you still wanna do a swap
