Most likely it is the spark plug. Also could be the ignition wire or injector firing problem. Other less possibilities are burnt valve, rings,vacuum leaks, etc. Pull #8 plug and take a look at it's condition. Hopefully, and most likely,it's just a bad plug. The cond. of the plug will tell you alot. Start there. Also look at the connections on each end of the plug wire, may be corroded.
