For anyone who uses Paypal the key thing to remember is that if PayPal sends you an e-mail they will "ALWAYS" adress you by you're full name not dear so and so.
And as mentioned here before if you're not sure never link on a site through an e-mail, always type the name into your address bar and log on to change any information and make sure that there is an https//: before the www. and that there is a / after .com this way you are sure that you are really connected to them, securely.
