Great story Dennis - I too like the story about the dog. I remember seeing a couple that had a retriever that managed to get a schoolie once & I remember an article in OTW about one too but to get a 40#er - must be a cannine record bass
As for the Newport Fishing Chronicles, that is some amazing stuff. I can see Iron Mike running around back then hitting the pubs (pre-prohibition) after a night of fishing out of the black beach-wagon
