That's what I'm afraid off, and lotsa other people too, obviously. But it's one of things that it needs to be witnessed & recorded. It also isn't a witch hunt against the commercial guys it's just a case of protecting the bass too... Not as much of a problem with the Chatham Cod Hookmen is it....
