Here you go:
Click Start
Go to settings
Click Control Panel
Double Click Accessibilty Options
Click on the tab that says "display"
you will see a slider under "width"
Slide it all the way to the left.
Click OK
You can also adjust how fast the cursor blinks in that menu too, if you want to.
