..Specialist, its not as bad as one would think. The house isn't that far from the beach that most will be starting from, looks like a 20 minute hike but GB would know better. As we looked at the waters edge along that side, that whole coastline looks Beee-licious. Stinks like BASS!!!...and the Southwest corner is DEFINATELY do-able
