When a rod tip enters the wheel spokes of a Huffy "Spider Bike" or the "Western Flyer" before that,
it does not become a very good brake.
I fished with the same old Mitchell 300 all through my school aged years. But I'd love to have a nickel for every "Conolon" rod I snapped the tip out of.
