Seems that fresh sea bass gets the inshore nod, along with Haddock etc..
but for me it doesnt get any better then fresh yellow fin sushi at the dock with a beer after a 30hr trip to the edge

no rice, no soy just yellow... yummy
Oh and who ever said fluke was dry... make sieviche out of it.. yummy!!
When I fish before work on the weekends I clean a fluke sat, make sieviche and have it for lunch Sunday.. mmm mmm good!
