Kinda sad in a way, bet it will change drastically, once it changes hands.
For what that kinda money costs, you need a big payback to make the monthly "nut".. no more cheap nightly rates.. if it stays a motel.

kind of a mix of a B&T, and Bed and Breakfasts, for the folks that come from away, bet it would fly, course you would only have about an 8 month max season, but it just might work.
