Now I know what happened to my hampster.
One of my neighbors, a dairy farmer, has pretty severe wood allergies and used a hood system with positive ventilation. That was'nt enough and he quit woodturning. However it was probably caused from years of daily exposure to sawdust used for bedding. I spent thirty years cutting and sanding wood and have no problems to date. I have a blower in my shop that exhausts outside.
But my back hurts from lifting wood...
