Realistically, How much below Book Value can you expect to get a dealer to go on a Car/Truck?

Looking into Buying a couple of used vehicles and I've been researching them against tha Kelly Blue Book website and was just wondering if anyone knows How far I can turn the Screws on a Dealer.
