I like the Finnerty-witness protection thought BigFish, but isn't Tonyreally the guy the feds want to get to? They are creeping up through his crew trying to get them all to flip on him. I don't see why they'd cut him a deal with Johnny Sack already in the can. I guess they could use him to get to Phil and pile more on Johnny Sack....
