I have a pull start Yahmaha 25 on my 13ft whaler...
A battery runs my bilge pump (in the water all the time not trailered)
Off that I run my fish-finder as well..
Usually I need to charge it 1-2x a summer using a seperate charger
You could also wire lights etc.. off it, I just use battery powered lights, not 12v.
