now....dont most super markets have video cams pointed out at their lots for security in case someone is getting robbed?
but anyways years ago i witnessed the same thing....this idiot...
and he looked like the village idiot...mentally challenged and not an illegal... is trying to stack carts together but he is using the front end of a car to do it with ....and is ramming the sheot out of this car because i see it rocking from the abuse..... over and over...

so after he's done....i walk over to examine the car for damage
and its substantial to say the least....and i instantly wrote a note to the owner and dropped it through the window crack for them to find it.
then i went in to speak with the manager and to explain what i had witnessed... because it was totally
un-acceptable. the manager promised to speak to the individual and i went on my merry way
knowing that if he didn't the vehicle owner would find the note.
