Maybe the heat has the inside waters too warm, maybe try some ocean facing beachs and jetties. I'd say night time is the right time now as the water warms, I'm headed out tonight at 7 with John R to put that theory to the test. We are going to drift some eels, maybe sit and chuck, did I say that
