coconut has a way of boosting your metabolism by stimulating your
thyroid gland directly.... the thing with beer is that it is the slowest to digest food there is so its not good going to sleep with a belly full
as it takes all night long to digest it....and digestion by itself is a very strenuos thing for your body to be doing while your trying to sleep second only to having sex....the body is actually designed to burn fat...but it needs only small amounts to keep the internal fires burning.
