well personally i like the taste of it...and of course theres two kinds
the
flakes that are like real thin and stir into milk easier than the
powder and make that 1% milk taste like whole milk again.
the powder usually has a jacked up price i've found too.
the healing power of it is absolutely amazing.
it's my go to medicine (super food) for anything skin related.
