You know, every time something gets good again (striped bass recovery), everyone wants to go back to the old ways that decimated the population to begin with. I'm an RFA member but I haven't (yet) bought in to the "make S-B a recreational only fishery"...but I'm tempted.

	Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn.
