What a weekend in the keys, not the numbers I'm used to catching on a weekend outing, but sometimes the quality does make up for a lack of quantity
. Saturday I hooked 4 fish and Sunday 5, with the smallest going maybe 75 lbs and the largest over 100; but friend Drew had the big one at well over 125. Unreal that is all I can say, nothing comes close to watching a fish that large clear the water by feet only a boat length from your boat, look you in the eye and then do it 3 more times before turning the match into a long tug of war. I'm definately going back next year, might even figure a way to take a week and rent a boat.
