Hi Jenn , the bad news is I've never seen a blender that plugs into your cigarette lighter.
The good news is that Black and decker makes a great rechargeable blender. It stores enough juice to keep you in Margeritas all weekend from a full rechaging!
I kept one on my sailboat for years. I'm sure they still make it.
