chit like this tho, and closing beaches earlier and longer every year, and the State wants ta charge us for SW liscence next year.. FOR WHAT.. less places and time to go.. gonna be a LOT of boat fishermen...for a LOT of reasons... they better build a LOT of ramps, with plenty of parking with the revenue generated (yeah right, we all know how well the FW $ is mismanaged), if they start the liscence BS....
