I use the 10 and 2 or 2 and 10 rule depending on the direction of the tide. I never jig on the way in, I know miss some good structure I am sure but I just hate leaving $ 10.00 at the bottom of the canal. First time out this year I fished a spot where I usually have no trouble well I lost 3 jigs
I guess things change more than I think, also have nothing to show for this season to date(4 trips)
