Van,
The speed is tough to tell but on my Garmin GPS it reads about 37mph, on the Garmin FishFinder it reads 44-45mph at 5800rpms. It's plenty fast enough for me...

If you guys are out on the water in the PJ area get on the radio, I always carry the digital, and can snap some pics of your boat for you then e-mail them. I took shots of Saucey and Charger's boats this weekend also....
