A buddy of mine who spends time in Newport subscribed to the above named newspaper that is publiched by University of Rhode Island. Anyone can get a free subscription by mailing the form in to the school. For those who live in R.I. and has our inerests at heart (fishing) it looks at first glance like an important little newspaper. You can fax a request for a subscription to Naragansett Bay Journal
