I had a custom 4-blade 14" pitch 15.5" dia made for it and it drastically reduced slip. I tack out at 5800 now doing 25kts when the prop is turning at 31.16 so I calculated a 18% slippage. Not much else I can do but live with it.
I might have the motor lowered one notch next year to see what that does.
