Frank Daignault in some of his books calls the water temp thing "Junk Science" I remember reading that he caught some of his many large in RI in August when water temps were above 70 degrees. IMHO, I believe it is more related to available large forage. Look at what is happening in Narragansett Bay this year, Big Bass on Big Bunker with warm water temps. Science says those fish should of exited the bay by now according to water temps right?
