Don't believe it. If I'm not mistaken, that's the device that is fitted onto your throttle body air intake and is supposed to create a swirling "tornado" of air/fuel mixture. Correct? Most newer cars and trucks are direct fuel injected. That being the case, there is no air/fuel mixture at the throttle body mounting position.
I may be wrong because I'm not an auto mechanic, but that's what crossed my mind when I looked at them a couple years ago.
Maybe someone here with more knowledge than me (pretty much anyone) can weigh in on this. I'd be interested to hear that I'm wrong and they really do work and I wouldn't waste $80-$100.
