Tide
I know of someone that makes fishing scents that are based on fish oils and extracts. This stuff makes smelly jelly seem like a condiment for a nice sandwich - it is strong. Anyway he makes a cleaner that he sells for the people silly enough to buy it, but he always recommends using tide. I guess it breaks the oils down that leave the smell. It might take several applications. Worth a try if you haven't already.
