Smile congrats

red grapefruit as a morning fruit choice will boost your metabolism

i'm going to try hoodia made from an african cactus to curb my appetite. the bushmen have been using it for a thousand years
to sustain themselves (prevent hunger) during long hunting trips.

one trick is to decrease your plate size....and eating to late in the evening is a no no because there's less time before you go to sleep to burn off the calories... the hollywood skinnies never eat past 4pm.

i put a little honey in my coffee now... and rarely use sugar....and for the coffee creamer you can buy the fat free....

if you simply starve yourself...your body begins to burn off your muscle tissue (first) and conserve your fat reserves in a self preservation mode.

But if you consume many small healthy snacks (6 small meals a day is preferable to three) to keep the stomach satisfied and continuously working you ->elevate your metabolism to the point that your burning fat even in your resting periods. power walking is much better than jogging because theres less
trauma to the joints and theres no build up of co2 in your blood
which causes fatigue.

buy the all natural peanut butter....because peanut butter has alot
of fat in it actually....so flavor the celery with it rather than trying to see if you can break the guiness book of records for the most peanut butter ever on a celery stick . celery has sodium. sodium attracts water into each of your cells....where as potassium from apples reduces (regulates)the amount of water within each cell .

the additional
drinking of water helps you piss out some of the fat so it doesn't all get stored.
i raise my morning cup of coffee ...to your health BF

long live BIGFISH
