I have been eating half a red grapefruit in the morning. Thats great! Lots of water...about 8 bottles a day which translates to about...a gallon. The peanut butter stays Skippy...it only every few days and its not that much...again its better than the three donuts I would have otherwise. I get plenty of excercise.....I walk alot when fishing and my work is strenuous and quite physical.
