Reconstruction, arms/munitions, vehicles of all sorts, oil and all related energy fields................ BILLIONS BEING MADE WHILE BILLIONS BEING SPENT.
And how is our infrastructure, education/schools, New Orleans, health care, poverty levels......... on and on.
