Zacs, I know what you were saying and appreciate any thoughts and outside perspectives
Most boats that have those issues are waterlogged. SC was just a mis-design.
I will have to paint the whole boat in the end. The cap will need to be reformed to create the lip. I was thinking of doing a combo of roll & tip (product undecided) for the smooth parts of the cap and floor, and use the Durabak for the non-skid areas and on the inside of the hull sides to help hide the glass pattern w/o a ton of sanding and fairing.
Ill give painting the outer hull a shot, Im thinking bassboat gold flake style
