Big surf, SW 25-30, raining like buckets. I see this guy in a big floopy hat up in the dunes. I look again he's gone. I kept walking down the beach and I feel ike someone is following me. I turn around real quick and his about 20 yards in back of me....just a shadow. Snap on my light.....nothing. Now I'm getting freaked out and I don't scare easy.
I get to the River and start heading out on the bar and the guy with the floppy hat is standing on River Rock....other side of the River. I jump a big wave and look again and, you guessed it... he's gone.
I went home.

Now we all know why you bought the boat! Beware though, that guy can walk on water too. No escape.
The floopy hat is really his ears. I think it may be the elephant man
Keep some peanuts next to the console.
On another note, if you ever see Lanny, ask him about the night I was hurriedly walking off head of the meadow and he was walking on.He'll tell you how chickensh$#$% I am. My excuse was that I forgot the eels.
