Heard the same thing. Around 400 clams. I'm not sure if that 18 oz weight holds true for the 5000 thru 6000 sizes, tho. The 4000 and 4500 Saltiga Z models go about 20, while the 5000 and 6000 run 29.

And in that picture, it looks more like a beefed up Emblem Pro than a Saltiga

Wonder whether it'll be Japanese made?
