I did some IT consulting for the town of Cohasset back in '96-'98. It was when half the town was getting dug up for sewers. Plenty of times I saw construction workers and engineers wetting a line along Atlantic Ave. and Jerusalem Road.
I didn't start saltwater fishing until 2000 or I guess I would have joined them!
