Any one ever had any luck with eels in the sound I've tried a few times with no luck

.Also was out Plugging this week seems the Bunker have left this area (City Island, Harts Island).Storms this weekend so I trying hard to get the house work done and be out there.Nothing like having the hole sound to yourself.Was thinking about trying eels ,and I'm looking for advise on the how to's
