Bill - you are missing my point. The guy came on here and said he had a "miscue" - a simple mistake. How does a veteran saltwater striped bass angler like that "miscue" on how many fish he has in the boat? Also, if you read my posts, the word "alledged" is used and is the proper term in a case like that.

A miscue is like a guy was fishing 1/4 mile in the eez. A miscue is keeping three fish becuase you are out of work and need to feed your family.

Keeping 6 fish when allowed 2 is not allowed under any circumstance at that time, commercial or not. That is not a miscue.

This is nothing about the quality of angler of the guy - obviously he's pretty stinkin' good. It is about what is ethical among anglers, what is legal in the eyes of the law and regulation, and what is good judgement for those that run a tournament.
