Larry.. I don't know about your town, but in my town, at the supermarkets, the clerks do not speak english, they are from the former Soviet Union for the most part, part time non union help, they cannot communicate, only run the machines.. baggers??? forgetaboutit.. when I go, I use the check youself out deal... if it screwss up, the english speaking manager comes out to deal with it, and I can bag it mysel, rather, as opposed to having one item in each bag.. and the eggs broken...
.. I like Paper Bags too, damnit.. try to convince a bagger to put them in paper.. the ones that will, do it, then put the whole thing in a plastic bag
