If wind driven waves don't qualify as surf---Nobska Light isn't "surf" either

Anything on the south shore of the Cape isn't surf

Whole north shore of MV

Hell, all of Cape Cod Bay--Sandy Neck, Town Neck, Plymouth, you name it.
