I'm with John on Watch Hill - it' s a high tide spot.
It is also not good after protracted periods of east - but where is?

Fish WH top of tide, find a beach or two for mid-tide, then move to one of the breachways for the last two hours of the outgoing.

Rinse and repeat for the fall run and you will do well.
