That brings me back.

Just hearing them talk those guys are Canooks from the far side of the Gulf. South Shore Nova Scotia, maybe Wedgeport or Cape Island.

Used to summer in Nergo harbor as a kid and my great uncle hand lined for tuna. In august we'd get schools like that not more than 2 or 3 miles outside the harbor. Course at that age I used to turn green just rounding the breakwater and spent the rest of the day up in the bunk or puking.

I haven't thought about that in 15 years thanks for sharing.
