I don't live in RI so i can't vote on the issue. I could care less if they put a cassino in Warwick, BUT DON'T CHANGE THE STATES CONSTITUTION TO BUILD A CASSINO!! That is what you guys are voting on right? I hope it goes down in flames (wich all the polls show it will) A constitution should not be changed so that Sacham Thomas dude can have himself a nice cassino.
