passing more laws wont stop people that are already breaking the law from doing so.

what I have seen is that the law on the books now limits a CHAIN from operating more than 3 groceries with liquor. so if they are all indipendent - like the big grocery in my town (plus two full blown within 1/4 mile) - then they can (and in my case do) sell booze.

this law wont suddenly have drunk kids on the streets.
legalize it and regulate it.
thats the only way to properly deal with it without having artificially high prices.

There is a fine line that seperates a fisherman from a fool standing in water swinging a stick.
