On the boot size, I had to go 2 sizes bigger to have something comfortable on my 4E feet. Put the waders on before you try the boots. Make sure they fit and are comfortable because that is what it's all about. I had some size 11 at first that were painfull to wear, I now have 13s and they are finally comfortable...
